I don't know about that. Vigilanteism is a nasty business, a court of last resort, only to be used when there are no other solutions. They are only as good as their leadership which has been very suspect in many instances. This is a lone individual trying to protect his property. In Texas he would still be a free man but he chose to live in New York. I am just saying that this another good reason not to live in New York.
