In PA, you have to go to your local police station to look at the list. It has not been placed online yet.
Will your local police station in PA only give you the sex offender names in your immediate neighborhood or do you have access to all the names in your town?
We're going to look into it. I'll let you know what we find out.
I have lived many years in the rurals, but for 9 years, I lived in South Florida..."streets smarts:: essential"! I don't use public carwashes either, nor do I go out after sunset alone! (not shopping--nothing) When I do go places in my car, I keep an eye on the rear view mirror anyone following?) When I get home..I always make sure the door is still locked before I put my key in. I crack the door and call for the dog. If the dog or cat don't come running--I won't go in. A tip to any women who may be following this little thread; If you are out in your car and someone runs into the back of you...you DON'T have to stop--and I would NOT, unless there are plenty of people around. If not, drive to a location that is populated or well lit at night, and report.

I do agree with you, all sex offenders ususally repeat again, They do not belong back on the streets. My daughter age 10 was raped in Woburn Mass by a man age 35 yrs old. at this date and parole, he did not admit his crime, In fact he stated "she brush against me making me horny." Please help me keep this man in Jail, so we together can save other lives or having our children live though the trama sex offenders put emotions and physicals scars on them. His sentence to be released is Aug 26 2004.

I do agree, once a sex offender you never know where to stop, especially if you do not admit to your crime at the parole office when your up for parole. That is what happened to my daughter's rapist he denied it, he blamed it on her because he stated, "she brush against me..making me horny." she was only 10yrs old. He is getting out in Aug of 2004, I am trying to keep him in Jail or fight to put him into a state Hospital.

They all should be put in a cell and duke it up..or they can all have fun together doing it to each other!!!!
I was followed once(pre cell phone days) and I drove directly to my local police station and walked in and reported it.
Needless to say,the creep was gone when we went outside.
I talk to someone on my cellphone when I'm in a large parking garage until I get in my car. It may make someone think twice.

Yes i do agree with you, They should be put to death, this way they won't take up all the jail cells in prison and served food and have a roof over their heads.

your so right. Most sex offenders do not registered when they go for a job. Most cases they moved away and never registered like they supposed to do. Best Advise to proctect your children and yourself..is to owe a GUN and trained to use it.

Your right, Our tax money pays for them to get meals, a roof over their heads, and a place to sleep. Also get visits with family and friends. Why do the victims parents or anyone else in the world have to suposr sex offenders. The law should be changed to touch a child lose your life. (put right to death). They are the innocent ones that always gets hurts. The perverts gets the pleasure and most do not get caught.
