The late Mrs. Harpseal and Ioften stopped at this rest area when traveling through Massachusettes. Several years ago despite the prohibition on carrying firearms in Massachusettes when Mrs. Harpseal had been required to travel alone during the wee hours of the morning she had stopped at this same rest area When a male entered the ladies room we presume to prey upon her he did have a knife he found himslef staring down the barrel of a .357 magnum (4 inch barrel) He made some noises about he got in the wrong restroom and left. Due to the nature of the MA gun laws Maryann did not contact the PD.

You know, I totally agree with you. However the way things are today, they would have charged the police officer with murder and the poor abused killer portrayed as a innocent victim of an abused childhood, not responsible for his mistakes.

Here it is again! All the talk. All the talk. We alll know these perverts are out there. When will something be done to stop it? When?! The laws have to change. I am so angry. It is time for the good, upstanding citizens of this country to stand up and work towards changing the laws that allow these low life pond scum perverts to go back on the streets to murder and rape again. There should be jail immediately once it is proven the person is the guilty party AND you keep them confined until you know they are guilty or you know they are innocent and THAT'S when you let them out.
