This is right in line. This sounds like a still growing business that is still promoting and not all people have reached their level of incompentence. It is when the growth stops that the trouble begins..........is this an arguement for more government because when we stop the growth the real incompetence kicks in?
Personally, I like to practice CREATIVE INCOMPETENCE so that I never get promoted past my level on incompetence...... It is a lot of fun, break one dish and never get asked to wash dishes again!
