In USA, it is primarily a "gay" and druggie disease. In Africa and Asia, it is a "straight" and druggie disease. Worldwide, it is spread by promiscuious sex and, as such it is a behavior problem. Until the behavior that spreads the disease is changed, the disease will continue to spread. Drugs, even vaccines, are secondary the the behavior problem IMHO.

That sure implies that straight people here are a lot less promiscous than they are in Africa.
