Do you think we will hear any more of Sharpton wanting to run for office now?
God, I hope so. It would be great to see this fool run and the democRATs fall over themselves trying to distance themselves yet still embrace him.

If Jerry Springer can win in Cincinnati, Sharpton can find his "idiot" village, too.
I rather liked the idea that Sharpton would split the black ticket, since blacks vote 90-95% Democrat anyway.
If the Bush approval rating continues at its very high level, this might be an opportune time for him to try and shake up the Democratic party, something I have every confidence he could do.
I am a bit bemused that an article could consider him a serious candidate, though. He's not; he has no chance of victory. But if for some reason the 2004 election got close, he could be the margin of victory for the Republicans.
