Giant sequoias are beautiful trees. I have no doubt that in the hands of private ownership they would be better protected. I'd gladly pay the owner to camp there. Actually, I'd rather buy a few acres and build a second home among the giants.

The Forest Dept, and the EPA, need to be history. They are not worth the salt it would take to save them. Nothing in D.C. works as intended. Get the power out of D.C. and back into the individual states. There is no saving D.C., it's a power mad gonner.
