Don't worry. TIPS - if it ever gets off the ground - will be so flooded with well-meaning "I think I saw" crap, not to mention crank and prank tips, that Washington will never be able to keep up with the inbox!

To make it at all useful for their main concern, Washington will have to filter for words like "Arab." That will still leave them with far too much garbage to go through - and leave the rest of us alone.

Actually, the government would have to design a filter to overlook words like "Arab." To do otherwise would be intolerant and profiling. (Sacrasm)
