The New York Times went off the deep end by reporting the story without once mentioning Rubin's involvement. I notice that both Andrew Sullivan and Mark Levin had columns pointing this out.

You know, I think a fair campaign commercial is one which asks why the Committee is avoiding questioning Mr. Rubin. In fact, I think EVERY Republican who is on ANY talk show should ask this question whenever corporate crime is brought up. I think that would shut the Rats up pretty quick.

I would wish for this to happen. But Rubin is the one clinton official everybody pointed to as "the ethical one" and I'm afraid the republicans will be afraid to besmirch his good (thanks to media propaganda) reputation.

It will need to be out of the hands of politicians in congress and let a criminal investigation turn up the goods on him.
