Chuse is the archaic spelling of "choose" and, yes, it appears in the Constitution exactly like that.

It is heartening to see the little dears at democrats.con actually reading the Constituion. Now if they would only bother reading the entire thing, instead of just the parts they like...

What you mean about the "...right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" or the "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

Oh but the Constitution is a "living" document.
