McKinney must have the same campaign/media advisor as Earl Hilliard and we know how THAT turned out.

It's not the same because Hilliard's district has a large rural component. In general, rural blacks are much more conservative than the constituents of Cindy's district. They are all gov workers or on the gov dole there. She has a safe seat.
