July 26, 2002 -- IN his magnificent address to Congress last Sept. 20, President Bush put the world's leaders on notice. "Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists," the president declared. Saudi Arabia has chosen to stick with the terrorists.

The Bush administration's refusal to confront Saudi Arabia publicly on this and a long train of abuses and usurpations diminishes the moral clarity of the War on Terror.

Their day of reckoning may be uppon them soon. Who's to say that we'll stop with Iraq?
