This is a lie. There was not enough evidence to get a criminal conviction. That's hardly 'clearing the Clintons of any criminal wrongdoing.'

Independent Counsel Found No Wrongdoing

Oddly, ABC News fails to mention that:

a. Himself was found guilty of contempt of court by a federal judge, for what some might call blatent perjury and obstruction of justice.

2. In his final report, the Independent Counsel (Ray, not Starr) reported his certainty that Herself had perjured Herself in her grand jury testimony.

Curious that, as a reputable news-gathering and reporting organization, they would overlook such salient facts...
