Her operation was in the year 2000, six months pregnant now she weighs 170 pounds less than when she had the surgery. Obviously she was not impregnated when she weighed 500+ pounds.

Thanks, I was going to point that out. Awful long pregnancy! And despite what this person thinks, there is someone who obviously loves this woman. Maybe they wouldn't or couldn't love her, but someone does and thinks showing that love was worth the anatomical difficulties(probably much like men still find a way to have relations with thier smaller wives when they are 9 months pregnant). I really hate when these fat threads go this route of it's just inconceivable that anyone would love a very heavy person. They may be dissappointed and worried about them at such an extreme weight, but they don't stop loving them.

Let's stick with the topic. Should a hospital accomadate people paying PRIVATELY(ie out of pocket) for a special procedure or not. Set aside your fat bias(not you Valerie) and answer that.

How would you know which "fold" to stick the reproductive organ into?
