How convenient. Yet the Mogadishu disaster happened on Clinton's watch as President. He has the effrontery to blame his predecessor for the Somalia debacle, but nothing prevented Clinton from withdrawing U.S troops from Somalia at any time in 1993. It took the senseless deaths of 13 Americans, one of whom was dragged through the streets to get it done. And Clinton never retaliated for the outrage. Then again this is exactly the type of double talk we can expect from the ex presidential felon.

As a fresh-outta school Marine goldbrick, I had the pleasure to be attached to "Buck" Bedard's 7th Marine regiment and promptly sent to Somalia in December of 1992. I was among the 20,000 Marines sent by Bush Sr., not Clinton to aid in the administration of food supplies to the Somalis in Mogadishu. That's all Marines folks, this wasn't a UN led mission until later. In fact, Adid's son was a Marine in the J-3's staff in Somalia. We were welcomed by Adid and his people. There were no atrocities, protests, or gunbattles...just starving people. The last Marine left around July 1993.

Enter the UN mission. Things go downhill from there, but it is the UN, what else is expected. Adid becomes a target of Albright and Ghali who are beating war drums at the UN. The Pakistani troops suffer the first casualties with 24 dead. Dutch and American troops soon shared the same fate. Given an unclear and dangerous directive, the UN forces didn't have a chance.

Bush's son deserves the lion's share.... What did you expect from a ex president who has behaved like a 5 year old raised without his real father, a man with a sterling character? Everyone knowns that clinton never accepts responsiblity for anything bad, but claims credit for anything good not due him. If one keeps this clinton characteristics in mind, everything he say, and do is very predictable.

I once watched Bill Clinton close up for about 1/2 and hour. He put on this "I care" front that was so transparent to me. I thought he was like the Hannibal Lector movie character but with some personality. Phoney personality. But personality.

Also, ever notice that Clinton never makes fun of himself? I can't recall one time where he ever made light of himself. I think I know why. He is empty. He has no soul. He does not even know what his own "is is". Because there is not one.

Oh, and one more thing. And while this may seem silly to some it told me a lot about the guy. He dyed his hair. And I don't trust a guy with fake hair. It means they can't fit into their own skin. Maybe with the exception of that Trafficant guy who seems to like pointing at his head and saying fake hair! Fake hair! The worst fake is Joe Biden, he has doll hair.

(Insert GHWB voice here) To sum up, Clinton fake. Can't tell the truth about anything or himself. Not gunna-do-it. Don't trust men with bogus hair or doll hair. Wouldn't-be-prudent! Bad! Bad! (end of GHWB voice).

The "World Class Liar" continues to believe he's still the president. I actually find it incredible that this plebe of a man has the guts to even appear in public when all we see is a pathetic, pathological liar.

Sly, great profile, particularly the PICs. Some labor of love involved there.

So it was GHW Bush's fault that Bill Clinton decided to order US SO on a "huminitarian" mission.....and got them killed....not only killed, but humiliated as well....

Well...for Bubba, that load of total bull manure is not a first...

But I have to tell all of you....he's blamed the Somalia Incident on President GHW Bush SOOOOOOO many times in the past amost a decade, that I, personally, got tired of hearing his lies 6 years ago. See...I thought it really TRULY odd that ANY leader of the United States would use US special forces to "do" this "special" humanitarian mission...to "deliver food to the starving people", I believe I was told, but since it was our operation, I figured that I would blindly back our mission.

Due to the demands of multiple jobs, it wasn't until two or three years later that I got the real details.

Our SO troops did good...100 to 1 kill ratio...NO embarrassment for them.

Bubba....welll....he's just an embarrassment. I really HATE having to explain the Somalia fiasco, I hate to have to...be APOLOGETIC about it...it is as humiliating now as it was five years ago.

BUBBA, oh ye who are either the false or the true antichrist.....just ...go away wouldja??

I don't know about you all...because I haven't read any of the replies yet....but I am tired of the shame Bubba brought with so many "Incidents" and "Gates". I'm tired of hearing his excuses....his LIES....I'm just tired hearing his lies.

Gee Bill why not just keep it simple and say...................

”Everything good that has ever happened since year 1 is due to Bill Clinton and everything bad that has happened since year 1 is due to the Republicans, the VRWC, and both Presidents Bush. Also everything good which will happen in the future of mankind will be because of the policies of Bill Clinton, while anything bad will be due to the Republicans, the VRWC, and both Presidents Bush. The only exception will be while Hillary is President, but of course Bill Clinton will be helping her so he will again be the reason for any of her success...................... “

Guess that covers everything Bill, now go away..................

He's coming undone Unfortunately for America, he was already undone way before he took office as POTUS. Now, we are all paying for it.

BLACK HAWK DOWN....Buy it!.....Loan it to your friends, get the truth out. A really good movie that told the story like it really was, including the byline at the end implicating Slick Willie......

"It's not my fault! Nothing's my fault! Except, you know, anything good. Hey, you gonna eat that? Check out the badonka-donk on that chick."

I just wish he'd die. Preferably by being eaten by a very few bulimic piranha.

That's why I called it 'partial' list. Clintons sin's are as numerous as the stars in the sky, sand on the seashore, rats kissing up to Hillary...

"By the way, the Sipesville Fire Chief gave credit to President Bush and Governor Schweiker for coordinating the equipment and personnel so that the nine miners could be rescued. Amazingly, President Bush hasn't been on TV hogging air time, but instead went to church."

Thank you for that. I don't know the current governor Schweiker at all....but I knew the former Governor Shweiker...his father or grandfather, VERY well. There can't be TOO many "Governor Shweiker"'s around PA.
