Might be less expensive than the rail boongoggles in Portland and Seattle but we just don't need it.

And cheaper is relative to cheap - which neither rail or BRT would be.

This is just a case of the LTD board dreaming of ways to get more money and power for their own sake. The benefit to the district is nonexistent.
