Today I made the drive up in *record* time -- little less than 7 hours -- leaving Newburgh at 7am & arriving in Allenton at a little before 2pm. (~that Corvette, Mud. Man-o-man. There *is* no substitute. ;^) )
Anyway I shanghaied K's thinkpad to check out emails etc but won't really be back online until the clowns from Verizon {spit} get me wired up on Monday, OK?
And OBTW, my days of enjoying 100+Kbps xmission speeds visa vi high speed Internet are *over*, fini, kaput.
Back to 49Kbps, whadda drag.
Now tomorrow shall be a humdinger.
Movers'll be here to deliver the *goods*.

Tell me about it...it's positively disillusioning, it is. I was raised to believe that good things happen to good people and bad guys get what's coming to them. Considering the crimes that I KNOW Clinton and his cronies committed, I figgered it was just a matter of time before Justice caught up with him. Oh boy, what an idealistic dupe I turned out to be...LOL!!

I agree that Clinton's a relative light-weight in the big scheme of things, but it says something about an electorate that elected him twice and mightta elected him a third time if our Constitution wouldda allowed it!! And yes, the 90's were a definite eye-opener fer me.

Thanks, but I don't think many architects become judges, here or anywhere else. I am thinking about a career change, though...gettin' mighty tired of working where I'm workin'!!
