Thats what this system produces and if you will be honest with yourself,the Mexican situation is a slave system and those you speak of are a spin off from it.

Did you see Fox's face when the Pope told him that Mexico needs it's indigenous people? He looked a bit taken aback since his whole goal has been to rid Mexico of them:

"This noble effort to build a better Mexico, one that is more just and united, requires the collaboration of everyone," the pope said as President Vicente Fox and other political leaders listened. "In particular, it is necessary today to help the indigenous people achieve their legitimate aspirations, respecting and defending the authentic values of each ethnic group. Mexico needs its indigenous people, and its indigenous people need Mexico." (from the El Paso Times)
