"It ought to be illegal to sell across state borders," says Crane, who is also part of a campaign to raise the smoking age to 21."

Actually, there is a federal law that REQUIRES these vendors to report the names of the people they sell to out of state. That law has been on the books for years, or at least it was when I last check in the mid 80's. Why they don't raise that in the story, I dont know. And indian reservations really are not that great a deal. Maybe 3-4 bucks cheaper and no sales tax. The real bargin is found here:

WOW! I just ordered and can't wait to see how it works out! Have you had problems or has everything gone smoothly? This is hands down the best price I've seen anywhere!

That's where I purchase mine... Camel 100s for around 16-17 dollars (depending on shipping). They're fast too.

Holy sh**! I've been smoking for 18 years and never paid that low a price. Are they reliable? Is the fact that they're overseas a problem legally? I've never bought smokes online before. I guess I'm afraid one day I'll get a bill in the mail from the state for all the "back taxes" I owe.

I was on vacation in Missouri (Lake of the Ozarks) just last week, and paid $26 for Marlboro lights. Here in Illinois, they're about $10 more. Like a fool, I only bought one carton and it's long gone. Dammit.

Some do, most do not. It's up to the buyer to ask ahead of time if the customer list is revealed to the IRS.

Unfortunately, a problem that a few thousand additional customs agents won't fix.

They can't keep killers off our airliners, but they can enforce tobacco criminal penalties no problem.

What's wrong with this picture?

I ordered a pack of Marlboros. Now if only they could deliver cold beer, I'd never have to leave the house!
