When the bidding closed, no-one had offered more for the motor that Han, so his bid was accepted, according to Reuters.
Funnily enough, the seller, Yongda Automobile Sales Co, baulked at letting the car go so cheaply and refused to had it over, so Han has taken the company to court.
"We've tried to talk to Han, but he's been very stubborn. Most people in his situation would be stubborn," Zhu Baocheng, a Yongda marketing executive, told the news wire.
The case continues.

I post the exact title as is. I did not change the title. When I posted the article, "Chinaman" was the word used in the title. Apparently someone at the Inquirer was told of the racist tones and changed it.
