daisyscarlett - What a wonderful tribute to todays freepers finest. It it so fun to "get to know" freepers we have been seeing here for years.

Alas. I faithfully read your Sunday talk show thread. When I first discovered it I remember feeling how refreshing it was to see I wasn't the only one to want to throw things at my television during most of the shows. (Kind of like I felt when I first found FR!) Now I usually skip the shows (except FOX) and read your thread. Much easier on the stomach! Also, thanks for your service to our country.

I suppose it was. We had one date then I joined the Army, went through basic training and flight school. Drove straight thru from Alabama to New Mexico after graduating, proposed and married 2 weeks later, then went to Viet Nam for a year. It was a real shocker to both families. After 33 years I think it may work out.
