I got a much better form of punishment. Put them in a large cell-complex with a lot of big inmates who will ask them nicely 'to pick up the soap that was just dropped' many times a day. Tape it and show it to their fellow 'Leb-stylers' so they will be not tempted to do it too.

I give you points for creativity. But I still like mine better. Kill them like dogs. That gets a pretty clear message across too.
