If a woman can force a man to labor with his body to provide for a child through support payments, even if work might injure or disable him, then the father has a right to force the woman to labor with her body to support that same child's life to term.
In a truly equal world of course.
It would seem that if it is a woman's right to choose what she wants to do with her body relative to the child within it.... then the man must have the same right to walk away and not support that child with the fruit of his physical labor as well.
A mans responsibility lasts for 18 years, I think the woman can hang on for 7 or 8 months.
The woman does NOT have the right to kill HIS offspring... however she DID have the right to not get pregnant by up to several dozen different kinds of birth control that are useful, including the ever popular, "not tonight, I have a headache..."

Well said.

Wonderful post. Never thought about it in terms of forcing a man to do something against his will through child support.
