Things must really be bad. They sound like they are approaching Full Panic Mode!

This reminds me.

Last night I talked with an investment banker who specializes in selling swaps, derivatives and other finanical instruments primarily to large insurance companies, but also to some hedge funds to offset risk.

I asked him if the anti-capitalism media blitz is having a negative PR effect whereby companies are shying away from investments for fear that if something goes wrong, the negative PR backlash would crush them. He said this is exactly what is happening right now. Fear of being saddled with company destroying PR in this capitalist-witchhunt environment IS dampening economic recovery. Even the most conservative proposals are being turned down by CFO's and treasurers as the politcal climate is too dangerous to risk eeking out another half a percentage point on return.

99% of companies out there play by the books and the complicated financial stategies they utilize to balance risk cannot be understood by the general public or the media.

Believe me, this is Full Panic Mode. Now if you are a RUSH diddo-head them everything is perfect & you should be putting your money into this scam of stocks. But if you read the tea leaves & go past MSNBC there is difficulty in every sector & banks are right on the brink & when one biggie goes there goes a depression. It's only being delayed by deception & manipulation plus this massive military buildup. If GW were to make it for 8 yrs can you imagine what the debt will be (sure a dem might make it higher but I doubt because the pubbies rather than bobbleheads to this pres might actually stop a couple of spending bills). And to GW with this enemic tax cut which was a "middle-of-the-road" which is road kill. I stated it was wrong not to go for a real instantaneous tax cut that would have made a differnce rather than this farce which Dems can use against him. But as cynical as I am maybe this was the plan. Anyway plan on your children's lifestyle about half of yours. Thank Bubba & those felons, thank Greenspan & his counterfeiting,etc & most all sheeple for voting in this "Two-Party Cartel".
