Cut the government jobs and cut the government programs with a meat axe and then go over them with a machete. What was it that the Grace Report said? 1/3rd of the budget is corruption, 1/3 of the budget is inefficiency and the remaining 1/3rd is what we should be spending. The government had a windfall this year when people were not able to declare their stock market losses due to the money being in IRAs and 401Ks. They should be dancing in the streets. Instead they are complaining that they want even more money. For what?
