Once again, some in Washington are asking that question: What did President Bush know about Osama bin Laden, and when did he know it?
The cover story in this week's Time pretty much asserts that 9/11 could have been avoided if only the Bush administration had expeditiously adopted a comprehensive plan to take out al Qaeda that had been designed by the Clinton team.

Clinton had only two concerns in his 8 years in office: chasing down Oval Office interns and defending his miserable rear end. Protecting the American homeland from a hostile attack was never his top priority. And even the flattering spin by the Time report can't disguise the fact it was the presidential felon's inaction that set the stage for 911.

The glaring question the Time article leave you with is, WHY DIDN'T clinton IMPLEMENT THIS PLAN? He had more than enough time and way more than enough cause.

Why didn't he? No the more relevant question is why the gutless wonders in the U.S Senate allowed him to remain in office and ensured 3,000 Americans would die. No Monica, it wasn't about sex. It was about treason.

This says as much about Time mag. as it does Clinton.

WHY DIDN'T clinton IMPLEMENT THIS PLAN?
Per Madeline Albright: "We didn't have enough intelligence."
All bright, she isn't. Additionally amazing, considering the supposed "smartest man in the world" was in the Oval Office and the "smartest woman in the world" was First Lady. Could it be that they lied about their IQ scores?

Clinton spent eight years doing "diddly" against terrorism Should read: Clinton spent eight years diddling into a sink and ignored terrorism.

.."Could it be that they lied about their IQ scores?"
Clinton(s) lie? "I don't recall" any lies uttered by either of them! </ scarism>

We can just imagine what actually was in the folder passed along to Bush: A comprehensive survey of al Qaeda's aspirin factories, for starters. And specific instructions on the proper moment during a sex scandal to launch diversionary cruise missiles. Even if the Clintonistas had a real plan - as hard to believe as that might be - the Bush team would have been more than justified in showing caution toward any such scheme. WOW...I expected the Post not to accept this story as gospel, but I didn't expect the vigor with which it was spit back in the faces from whence it came...SWEET!

No Monica, it wasn't about sex. It was about treason. Thanks to Ken Starr, we only got the sex angle in the impeachment, and then we didn't get it all.

Per Madeline Albright: "We didn't have enough intelligence."They spin everything, but you have to laugh about this one.

The Clinton's have no shame. With ol' Tubby-Bubba's increased bashing of the Bush White House I'd say it's a no brainer that Hill-ary-ious is going to run for President.
To: kattracks
Clinton's Terror Plan was to repeal the Second Amendment, dismantle the rest of the Constitution, and declare himself king. Thank God the elections of November 1994 foiled him!

Paul Bremmer is on FOX and Friends right now discussing this, saying his commission gave Bubba and Congress a blueprint to follow in 2000. Bremmer also thinks Time's article is "self-serving". He'll be back in a sec. Tune in.

The clinton's original plan was for Bubba to be President for 89 years and then Tubba to be Pres for another 8, holding the WH for 16 years total.
Imagine the damage they could have done to the Judiciary and the US attorneys in that time, not to mention implementation of UN directives.
Once they realized Hillary! couldn't win, I think they decided to let Algore bridge the gap, only he sucked.
Looking back, the defeat of Hillary's Health Care task force and her subsequent diminution in the eyes of the people may have saved this country from a leftist hell.
