Hey, Vast, it seems that you missed something in elementary school. "Jewish" and "Christian" refer to 2 of the world's major religions. "Aryan" refers to a racial subgroup of the Caucasian race, a subgroup whose existence is rather dubious. A "Jewish State" would be directly comparable to a "Christian nation," NOT an "Aryan nation."

But your analogy is still no good, the comparison to Aryan is totally bogus. Jews may be of any race or color, and therefore persons whose mothers were Jews are of any race or color-- though of course about 85% are white, 10% "brown caucasians," and perhaps 5% black or dark.

You are just plain ignorant. Conversions are quite easy for those who sincerely want to be Jewish. They are only difficult if you don't really care about/believe in the religion. I personally know 2 people who've converted, and neither said that it was difficult. I know of many more (through relatives and friends) who've converted that would say the same thing.

FYI, the reason that Jewish heritage is largely genetic is that it was, for nearly all of the last 2,000 years, no great honor in the eyes of the rest of the world to be Jewish. Countless beatings, asset seizures, pogroms, massacres, an Inquisition and a Holocaust, as well as the denial of educational, professional and investing opportunities, have made it difficult (to say the least) to be Jewish. Many who were born Jewish took the easy (or necessary) way out and converted to Christianity or Islam, and very few went the other way. If the "playing field" had been even somewhat level, many more people would have converted to Judaism in centuries past.

You should also look at post #20. Then look at it again, and again and again. Then THINK about it. Maybe then you will understand that the basis for being Jewish is not just genetic. After all, the original Jews were a Mediterranean people (ironically, quite like the present-day Palestinians in appearance), not "white" or "black." All of the "white" or "black" Jews had ancestors that converted to Judaism at some point.

Show me a single person who ever converted to the "Aryan" race, and I'll eat my words.

Law of Return simply means there is a definition for people who automatically can emigrate to Israel. Others can emigrate there, too. There is just a different process for them to do so.

Contrast this to Arab states and the mooted Palestinian state, which are or will be, by law, judenfrei.
