I didn't compare the Israel nation to the American nation. I am exploring the implication of applying the rules Israel is using to admit new immigrants to our own U.S. immigration. I believe a 'true Jew' who is entitled to come to Israel must prove that his mother (not father, probably because you never know who the true father was) was as Jew. I am trying to imagine how such a rule would be applied if the U.S. proclaims herself an Aryan state - nothing to fear, blacks and Jews would continue to be U.S. citizens, we just don't want any more of them settling in from abroad. Israel's example may very well inspire such experiments elsewhere.

Your analogy is flawed. You can't compare an irrational aryan racism to the Jewish efforts to survive.

In spite of a tremendous influx of immigrants, the USA remains a free country. Part of that is the great size of our population when compared to that of the immigrants. Israel does not enjoy that luxury. They could be overrun in a week.

A second distinction, and an even more important one, is that we are not aware of any real efforts to erase the USA from the map. Israel is surrounded by hostile neighbors, who would become Israeli citizens by the thousands, outnumber the Jews, and turn that nation into another islamic wasteland if they could. Israeli policy must resist that effort if Israel is to survive as a nation.

Let's be realistic. It's not about Israeli racism, as you have clearly suggested. Both Christians and Muslims can become Israeli citizens, and they can worship as they please. Point out a Jewish or Christian house of worship in any islamic regime you want. I'll wait.
