Yes, dear Teacup - member since 1998 of this place called Free Republic! Hasn't it been a hoot?

I actually bought a computer in order to find a way to counter the liberal spin that was part of the Demonazi take over of our country in the early 90's.

Rush kept talking about Compuserve - so I got on with that service - and found Town Hall (which is still there today - funded, I think, by National Review).

Town Hall had a great chat room where people could do major "Bubba Bashing" and Liberal Spin countering - so that gave some relief.

But the real relief came when somebody there clued me into a place run by Jim Robinson called Free Republic!

And you know the rest of that story......a story which is still being written! (and so many here today are among the stars in the story!!!)
