School officials have expressed sincere gratitude for the support and sympathy of their Muslim friends and neighbors in Murree, and local and federal Pakistani cops are pulling out all stops to protect the school.

texson66's remarke would be insulting and off-base if we were to hear an uproar of outrage from the 1.2Billion Muslims. An honestly religious person, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or Hindu, is naturally appalled when someone misuses his religion.
There is never an aproar at such events, which occur around the world -- blowing up children in Israel and burning people alive on a train in India. Not only that --- there are mass celebrations and massive deaths of Westerners, i.e., infidels: Sep 11, rockets that Iraq's Saddam sent into Tel Aviv during the Desert Storm, and the recent Hebrew University bombing are just a few examples. In all these and other similar cases there were mass celebrations on the accoasio of the infidels' deaths.
In this country, Muslim organization are yet to condemn without "ifs" or "buts" the Sep 11 atrocity. The only, and very notable, exception to this is the Association of Turkish Americans. CAIR and the like have not.
Thus, Arab masses either actively support or condone terror. Their ledership does the same plus deliberate disinformation and anti-Western and anti-Jewisg propaganda and hate-peddling.
