A. Terrorism started in Bosnia after a full blown episode in Croatia, and you can follow it's path to Bosnia simply by following the instigators from Croatia.

B. Al Quaeda has only been "linked" with organizations in the Balkans, whether in Bosnia or Kosovo, by Slobodan Milosevic and his followers, and then never with any supporting evidence.
