This is so specific that it is an empty promise. The odds of the Iraqis or Iranians physically marching across the Jordan River boundary are zero. Long before that would happen, there would be a full-scale air war which would probably decide the issue before such distant countries as Iraq or Iran would have to mobilize infantry.

Gee, this puts me in the uncomfortable position of rooting for the Iraqis! But seriously, if the Iranian Army or Iraqi Army ever come across the Jordan River, it will be all over before Bill can figure out how to work the safety on that brand-new rifle.
