I wonder what these nice folks profiled in the article would think if they were exposed to actual violence? I don't think most people talk like that after they've seen it. Except for the fact that they are rating and debating the relative merits of actual videotaped throat cuttings, ("Teen Jihadi's gone Wild" vs "Ramadan break Rampage") I'd wonder too. No, these sick F*'s believe that God not only forgives or even smiles on murder, but demands it.

I'm hoping - and unfortunately, I could be wrong - that seeing video and actually doing it in the real world are two different things.

I've always been puzzled by the popularity of violent movies and the like. I think they desensitize people to stuff like this, and perhaps even to the real thing as well.
