Like their (hopefully former) Imperious Leader, I guess the gun grabbers think that the victims should just "put some ice on it". Of course that particular "leader" has a vested interest in potential rape victims not being armed. After all, he knows about rape, although from the perpetrator's viewpoint, rather than that of the victim.
