You make a good point. However, it is not unreasonable to note that nobody really asks these people how they got it. Michal Fumento has pointed out numerous times that there seems to be a desire among health officials to pin as many cases as possible upon heterosexual sex. Look, if I was gay and in the closet, and I came down with AIDS, I might say that I got it from heterosexual sex as well.
