Well, the good old EU decided that these poor guys who were trapped with Yasser would not be turned over to the IDF and Shin Bet for prosecution. Now they have a problem--a number of problems aka "terrorists"--and they can't figure out what to do. Poor babies. I am really trying hard to squeeze out a tear.

Amazing that it never occurred to the EU that Israel just might be telling the truth : that these guys might be every bit the blood crazed psychopathic killers Israel said they are.

The EU deserves whatever it gets.

I agree. But the EU picked the most vulnerable countries - places like Cypress, Spain and Italy - to house them. I don't think there are any in France, Germany or Belgium. In addition, if I recall correctly, the U.S. (probably Colin Powell) put a lot of pressure on these countries, which are actually friendlier to us than to the EU for many and varied historical reasons.

These guys should have been shot outright, and then nobody would have to worry about them.
