personally, it really does not matter what the senate subcommittee does or not do. they have no power to prosecute. lieberman is doing all he can to make this a political show and the tables have turned on him. he is not, repeat, is not, going to cooperate and call rubin. it is simply too embarrassing for the socialists.

foley has the right idea. get those who can actually file charges to do the investigation. i suspect that the bush administration has an investigation going on as we speak.

I think you are right on both points you made.
Maybe I missed this somewhere but doesn't the House have at least one committee investigating Enron? If so, why don't they call Rubin?
