It should come from their ancestors' country of origin . I have no problem with that. They get their land and leave America, a country they hate. Oh, a required condition for this should be the permanent revocation of their American citizenship.

Ancestors' country of origin? How can that be determined when the slaves bought on the Ivory Coast came from all over that region, not just one place?
