In any event, trading on inside skinny is not Martha's problem. Much like the grifting, predating, say a lot but do nothing good 'Toon, her real criminal exposure lies in false statements, obstruction of justice and, likely, conspiracy with the broker to do as much. Oh well, we'll see if the Rule of Law will be applied to this one liberal elitist.... Yeah she'll probably be indicted for obstruction of justice, but not for insider trading, as Martha didn't give anything in return for the info.
