Li Ka-shing controls Hutchinson, which also manages the Panama Canal. Some speculate that Li Ka-shing is in the PRC's and the PLA's pocket, but I'd like to see more evidence, like directorships.

They are slowly grabbing us in the Gonads. Panama Canal, Shipping, Communications and Oil.
