Someone quoted Justice Harry Blackmun the other day, describing his justification for "affirmative action." It was as draconian a tangle of PC doublespeak as has ever polluted the pages of jurisprudence. There is simply no way to make unequal equal, all feats of rhetorical and logical legerdemain notwithstanding.
