5{s felt Reich was untruthful about the president in the book, and their nearly 30-year friendship abruptly ended. "
That is nonsense. The Clintons do not have friendships. They have "fawnships." Reich, and others, found that out the hard way.

Clinton relented, sources said, after party officials argued Reich was unlikely to win the primary. Oh yeah, I believe that.

I wonder when the media will accept that the world no longer considers every thought, gesture and word from a Clinton to be "news" worth reporting.
I pray it is sooner rather than later.

But Democrats desperately need the Clintons as they try to battle GOP candidate Mitt Romney, and hope to raise $1 million with the power couple. The Dems still have the Clintons to represent to the public the ideals and standards of their party, and we no longer have Nixon! It ain't fair, I tells ya. [chortle]

Hillary views Reich as a possible obstruction to her power play. If I was Robert Reich, I would not count on their support. They may show up, but behind the senses, he better watch his back.

The Clintons are users, they go from one 'friend' to another 'friend', discarding 'friends' they have used up.

''Locked in the Cabinet.'' My a$$ !
Reich, have you ever heard the phrase"I want to spend more time with my family"? I get a laugh when I read these people complain about the Clintons and how they were abused, lied to , etc.
If any of them had had any principles they would have left. They either were being blackmailed (possible) or they liked the power and being around it.
That said, I sort of like Robert Reich. He is a very witty and laid back. I don't agree with his politics, but he seems sincere and honorable.

But Democrats desperately need the Clintons Sometimes little tidbits like this pop up once in a while to confirm once again that the democrats have nothing new to bring to the table other than fear and loathing
