RIYADH, 12 August — Saudi authorities flogged 12 teenage boys in public after charging them with harassing women at a park designated for families, Al-Eqtisadiah reported yesterday. It said the boys were given 15 lashes each inside the park for "flirting and bothering families" after scaling the walls of the park’s enclosure in Taif.

I would go so far to say, that most liberals are "anti-human." Here is a link to thread on two women in court for "slapping" their very misbehaving teen daughters in the US. Now, at the same time, parents are having their rights to discipline children eroded, states are making laws making parent's responsible for crimes their children commit.

Maybe Congress should have publicly flogged Bubba Clinton if they thought that the charges were severe but didn't "rise to the level of impeachment".

I know, you have to admit this would be a great punishment for the little jerks who start shooting at their schools. If they were publicly flogged (or hanged, if they killed anyone), you'd probably see a lot less of this.
