Anyone want to guess how soon we hear "Atlantis" and this discovery in the same sentence?

Did they see any strip malls?
To: Budge
I have an aquaintence who swears that this is the Atlantis discovery predicted by Edgar Cayce...for what it's worth. Interesting find none the less. Love vannrox's threads.

I think this is very intriguing, but I have a hard time imagining that something 2,100 feet below sea level was dry land only 6,000 years ago.
The sea levels haven't changed that much during this period, and I don't know of a theory that could account for such a rapid decline in elevation. Certainly not one that could leave structures intact.
