This is a great illustration of part of the "Asian Brown Cloud" that has been in the news and in several Free Republic threads the last few days.

Looks like the enviroweenies should start worrying about China instead of the U.S. Oh yeah, that's right, China's communist, they're beyond criticism in that workers' paradise.

But, but, but, China was exempted from the Koyoto accords! We all know that 99.99% of all pollution comes from the USA.

Of course it all comes from the USA.

What you fail to recognize is that the Evil Zionists Jews transported the cloud to China.

Are we sure this is from industrial pollution? A few weeks ago, we had a thick haze over the Philadelphia area and you could smell an acrid smoke in the air. Turns out, it was caused by a huge forest fire in Quebec riding the prevailing winds down to the Delaware valley. Who'da thunk it?

The Kyoto Treaty: ridding the world of pollution*

* - note: some parts of the world may be exempt. Namely, those responsible for most of the pollution.

One of the reasons theat the Koyoto accords had little to do with pollution reduction.

Some is industrial. Some is from wood fires for cooking. Some is from wood fires from burning forests.

Not possible. Everyone knows only the Evil West causes pollution. The Peoples of the East live in harmony with nature...

This is a great illustration of part of the "Asian Brown Cloud"

that was created in America by SUV drivers and Bush and Cheney's oil & gas buddies, which is further proof why our asian brothers should be EXEMPT FROM THE KYOTO ACCORDS. signed...Terry McAuliffe, Dick Gebhardt, tommy daschle & Joe (conscience of the senate) LIEberman.

The Chinese do not need SUV's. They have small families thanks to "planning" and the abortions necessitated by the "planning" and/or choice of sex of the offspring.

I've traveled in China, and the condition of the environment was absolutely appalling. Not just the air, which was horrid, but the ground and the waterways as well. The stories I could tell...

I'm only surprised that we didn't hear about this problem ten years ago. Guess the problems of commies don't qualify as 'news'. Disgusting.

As I recall, China would have been exempted under the Kyoto treaty, as would Mexico. Anyone have sat pics of polution over Mexico City? We need to send them to Leonardo DiCrappio, who has been shooting off his mouth about how we're the worlds worst polluters.
