August 14, 2002 -- An all-star cast of New York Democratic politicians plans to upstage official Sept. 11 commemorations with a paid TV commercial the day before, officials said last night.
The New York state Democratic Party is paying for an ad showing about 40 Democrats as they recite Lincoln's Gettysburg address - the same speech that Gov. Pataki will read at the official ceremony the next day.

No question which side is politicizing 9/11. The Democrats.

Intriguing. Dems have a knack for entertainment and wine parties. After all, how else do you think they gain power? By making people smart? No, they make them dumb and make them feel they are smart. I don't feel good about a Dem reciting smartly the Gettysburg address, sorry.

Not unusual, or unexpected.

Exactly. For these scumbags, nothing is sacred. All that matters to them is the political bottom line.

'selfish'
Yes, yes, our Democrat friends have grabbed up the blood of our innocent civilians killed and wallowed in it, it's so sickening I want to puke. Dems are responsible for Sept. 11, and should be punished. I know I won't rest until there is some justice.

This is wonderful! They will look like idiots who couldn't tell what day it was!

So I guess it's ok now that President Bush used that picture of himself on Air Force One from Sept 11th, the Demoncrats don't mind that now since their uncouth pan handling for the cameras will be aired.
What a bunch of slime bucket hyprocrites. Time to set some veggies and eggs out to rot and throw at the television screen on Sept 8th.

New York State Democratic Party spokeswoman Serena Torrey said the ad is "an opportunity for our Democratic office-holders to express condolences in a nonpolitical way." Asked why no Republicans were invited, Torrey replied: "This is on behalf of our organization of Democrats."
As oxymorons go, this is a master work of art. I'm just sitting here in awestruck admiration of Ms. Torrey's...er...genius.

What do you bet that half of these socialist crooks fumble the words to the Gettysburg address and have no concept of what they mean.

I even have the tile for this "event".
"An American Gathering of Clymers."
A celebration of 9/11 proudly performed by some who helped make it all possible.
To: Hillarys Gate Cult
In addition to this Gala event the following clowns will also perform:<.P Willie the pervert klinton
Crusty klinton
traitor tiny tommy as*hole
Dickie gepfart
They will speak on how this whole 9/11 is America's LEGAL President fault, and also that he is to blame for WWII.
This is really a great move no the part of the Dumb-O-Crat leadership. What a bunch of bottom feeders.

She insisted that the Gettysburg address was chosen before Pataki announced that he would read the same speech at the next day's official commemoration, which will be bipartisan.
I guess that the "bipartisan" effort is that the 'Rats will be reciting a Republican speech...

I wonder if the sponsorship message will say "9 - 11 was brought to you courtesy of the efforts of the Democrat National Committee"

Proof once again how inferior Democraps are. They are buying time to recite A DEAD REPUBLICANS SPEECH!!!! No JFK! No FDR! They read from Lincoln! This point should be made to humiliate the Democraps that they can't even write an original speech without stealing from a dead Republican!

Another example of the two faced morality of the democrats.
To: JohnHuang2
They are going to make rare asses out of themselves with this one.
Note that Hillary and Schumer are too smart to get pulled into this.

Ironically, this Democrate abuse reminds me of the
Southpark Episode entitled "Hellen Keller, the musical"
There the 3rd grade children attempted to upstage the kindergarden skit in a holiday pagent. The had one character spy and report back about what the kindergardeners were doing with their "first thanksgiving" skit. This lead to a theater of the absurd as the children attempted to upstage the kindergardeners. The 3rd graders succeeded and still failed.
Just and interesting analogy.

It will be interesting to see a group of socialist vandals try to paint themselves as patriots for political gain. A blind man should be able to see through them with his cane.
