BUMP for entire thread.

What good has the FBI intelligence been when the FBI has been unwilling to pull their undercover agents out periodically and move against the terrorists before they commit more terror acts and recruit more terrorists? My own theory is that these tragic events could be purposely allowed to be played out in order to gain even more powers for the agencies involved. Afterall, has that not been the result? Have not new federal laws been rushed thru congress increasing their powers? Let's see, what did they call it? Oh yes, it believe their boldest ever was called the "patriot" act...nice name doncha think?
Reading your report, it becomes ever more apparent to me that there could be criminals in high places being protected when claiming it a matter of "national security." Could someone please explain "national security" to me? Where is it and what is it?

Good question!
Why has one of the most hard working investigators on FR been banned?
What has he posted that is soo violent, soo profane,so non PC that he should be banned?
I post all the time that Bush and Clinton and their admins and Congresses are murderers, and I dont get banned.
Bring back OKC Submariner!
To: takenoprisoner
You ask what is "national security" and "where is national security"?
Go ask Condi Rice the so called "National Security Advisor"
Remember when she said over and over on TV "that no one knew anything about planes being used as weapons before 9/11"?
Her incompetence answers your question of what and where is "national security"

OKCSubmariner has been banned from FR because he posted an article with information and opinions contrary to the editorial policy of the webmaster.
Absent a reinstatement by the webmaster, the best people who appreciate OKCSub's work can hope for is that Jim Robinson does not delete OKCSubmariners previous articles.

Is that an admission that dissenters who make sense, like OKCSubmariner, are the ones who get banned?
To: Howlin; LarryLied; Shermy
By the way, I notice that Larry Lied was also banned, while I was away at the beach. The fanatic who made a death threat against him publicly on this board continues to post, and was not punished at all. That fanatic called me a Jew-hater for complaining about the death threat, and that too had no consequences. But Larry Lied, who was the one who first told us here about the anthrax in Florida, gets banned.

Dissent is futile these days.
To: aristeides
See Ive always known that it doesn't make sense to make sense if your views are at heart sensible. That kinda thing can get a man banned and possibly arrested or killed. Does that make sense LOL.

How can someone email you info.?
To: Howlin; aristeides; Fred Mertz; OKCSubmariner; honway
Because you were so upset that I criticised Condi for her stupid "I never knew about planes used as weapons" whinings, and the hearings this week all prove her incompetence!
To: Howlin; honway; OKCSubmariner; aristeides; Fred Mertz
I'll match my correct mutterings against yours, anytime.
Are you not the poster who objected to the victims who are suing being given time at the hearings?
Shame on you Howlin.
You must want the Bush admin spared any criticism at all, even if he and his cronies are incompetent, rather than have the victims find this truth!

From Others Unknown by Stephen Jones

But the most telling indication was Tims manifesto to the defense team of November 24,1996. It was handwritten, addressed to All Attorneys Assigned to U.S. Versus McVeigh, and it read as follows:
Defense strategy:
As official notice, let it be known that I do not approve of a trial strategy in which Terry Nichols is attacked, blamed or otherwise implicated in any crimes. Further, I do not approve of pointing the finger of responsibility at anyone else who I know is not responsible or who is in no way deserving of such scrutiny.
I have relayed this wish orally for 18 months-not only concerning Terry Nichols, but also addressing the foreign investigations and the neo-Nazi investigations. My oral requests have been basically ignored for the past 18 months and it is only recently that Judge Matsch has forced the defense into partial compliance with my wish. However, the defense still tries to ignore my wishes-demands where Terry Nichols is concerned.
I will not allow you to coerce me into lowering my moral and ethical values to that of attorneys and lawyers.
So that it is clear, I approve of any general reference to unknown others or cover-ups, but I expressly do not approve of any specific allegation against specific groups or individuals-unless those groups or individuals are clearly approved by me in writing.(The only person or groups that I currently give permission to attack is Roger Moore.)
For further explanation of my feelings, see the letter I wrote to Jeralyn Merrit with attached 4 x 6 Post-its which I delivered to Bob Wyatt on October 30,1996. Attached to this letter was a request for general circulation and comment, but it also has been ignored.
(signed)
Tim McVeigh
November 24, 1996
Jones continues on page 259:
In other words, we were now restricted from raising the possibility of anybody else involved, unless Tim gave us permission in writing, and the only person he was authorizing was Roger Moore, against whom he nursed a grievance but who, from everything we knew, hadnt been involved in the bombing!
