Sorta like PJB for POTUS ;-)

Not like that at all. The scope of the Presidency is vastly greater than the scope of INS Chief. Malkin has demonstrated thorough knowledge in the area of immigration.

Do you know what James Ziglar's bonafies were when Bush nominated him for the post?

He was a boyhood chum of Trent Lott.

Hey Saber!

She is a great conservative and brilliant writer. He views on immigration as well as other issues would make her a fabulous addition to the Bush Admin. I do think, however, that the biggest strike against her is experience. President Bush has made it clear that he looks for excellent experience in all people that he hires. Experience is something that Michelle will need- and it would for sure be the one drum the Dems would beat against her. Who knows though. Bush could throw a major curve ball and nominate her!

But this is one political observer I'd like to see throw her hat into politics. She could do very well. And is an ex-freeper to boot!
