Universities across the country are scrambling to comply with new federal regulations requiring administrators to set up electronic databases that would track foreign student-visa holders.
By law, universities must have the new Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)

Universities are complaining about an expenditure of $25,000??? They spend that in one afternoon at lesbian teas, or inviting a local Democrat pol or a guest lecturer on political correctness.

That's funny. No liberals seem to have objected to the cost of tracking gun owners. Or to the cost of tracking race and sex of job applicants. Or to the cost to police agencies of tracking the ethnicity of everyone stopped for a traffic violation.
