One of the beauties of Americans is thier natural disdain for the rules.

For ever speeder, there is someone complaining about them. We have a natural disdain for rules being broken by OTHER people.

We tend to follow that guy, thinking he'll get the ticket.

But we really appreciate his leading the way.
